Return & Refund Policy

At Garrison’s Guns, we are committed to customer satisfaction while ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
1. All Firearm Sales Are Final
Due to federal regulations, all firearm and lower receiver sales are final and non-refundable once transferred to the customer by the Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). It is your responsibility to verify that you can legally own the firearm before purchasing.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on firearms once they have been transferred from the FFL to you.
2. Ammunition Sales Are Final
All ammunition sales are final and non-returnable. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on ammunition.
3. Return Eligibility (Non-Firearm Items Only)
Non-firearm items such as accessories, gear, magazines, optics, apparel, or parts may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery, if the item is:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In resellable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item
- Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a description
- We will arrange a return or exchange if appropriate
If the damage occurred during shipping, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
5. Canceled Orders
If you request to cancel your order before it ships, a 5% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing and payment costs.
Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. FFL Transfer Denials
If your firearm is denied during the NICS background check or you are unable to take legal possession:
- A 15% restocking fee will apply
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping from the FFL back to us
We strongly encourage all customers to ensure their legal eligibility prior to purchase.

Do not send any items back without receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis for eligible non-firearm items. Please contact us for availability.
