Welcome to Garrison’s Guns. By accessing or using our website at garrisonsguns.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

1. Legal Compliance

By using this site, you certify that:

  • You are at least 18 years old to purchase long guns, receivers, or ammo, and 21 years old to purchase handguns.
  • You are legally allowed to own and possess any items you purchase.
  • You are not prohibited from purchasing firearms or ammunition under federal, state, or local laws.

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with your local laws. Garrison’s Guns will not be held liable for shipments seized or denied due to legal restrictions.

2. Firearms Purchases

All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. It is your responsibility to:

  • Provide a valid copy of the receiving FFL’s license
  • Ensure your chosen FFL will accept the transfer
  • Complete a successful background check at the FFL before taking possession

If your transfer is denied or cannot be completed for legal reasons, a 15% restocking fee will apply and shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Ammunition Sales

All ammunition sales are final. You must:

  • Be of legal age and status to purchase and possess ammo in your state
  • Not attempt to ship ammunition to restricted areas (e.g., California, New York City)

We do not ship ammo to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Garrison’s Guns reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order at any time
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing or typographical errors

If you cancel an order before it ships, a 5% cancellation fee may apply.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed, even if listed as “in stock.” We are not responsible for errors in pricing or product description.

6. Returns and Refunds

See our full Return & Refund Policy for details. Firearms and ammunition sales are final. Eligible non-firearm items may be returned within 15 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We make every effort to ship items quickly and securely. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Shipping to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

8. Limitation of Liability

Garrison’s Guns is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased. Always follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Garrison’s Guns and may not be used without permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

By using this site, you agree that any disputes arising from purchases or site usage will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any legal actions must be filed in courts located in Hendricks County, Indiana.
